1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a person handling narcotics, may sell, administer, or provide psychotropic drugs-related mailponers (one philophonephones; hereinafter referred to as “philophones”), and the Defendants are not the person handling narcotics.

The Defendants decided to have a sexual relationship with the Defendant through the Internet-rating Ploter’s “glass”. The Defendants conspired to have a sexual relationship after the Defendant’s proposal, upon the Defendant’s proposal, to have a sexual relationship after the Defendant administered a philophone, which is a book selling philophones.

1. Defendant B

A. On March 1, 2020, at around 17:15, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of philophonephones on the part of the Defendant in a manner that, after being dilutiond with water possessed by the Defendant A through the introduction of the Defendant A, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophones on the part of the Defendant to the right part of the Defendant.

C. At around 22:00 on March 2, 2020 and around 01:40 on March 3, 2020, the Defendant provided the Defendant with a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.06 gramphones from the above C hotel D with water dilution with water respectively.

At around 02:00 on March 3, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones by using a disposable injection device containing about 0.06gopon with water and dilution with water. The Defendant administered philophones to the right arms of the Defendant.

E. On April 12, 2020, at around 14:00, the Defendant administered 0.03gopon in the Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Emburine’s trade name room by means of injection with a single-use injection device containing 0.03gopon with water.

F. The Defendant around April 16, 2020 G Bank located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu.
