Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant received, possessed, administered, and smoked marijuana, the mephones (one philophones, hereinafter referred to as “philophones”), which are a local mental medicine, as follows.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. From April 17, 2015 to the 18th day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) within the D hotel accommodation room located in Pyeongtaek-si C at night; and (b) in a way that philophone 0.07ggs were mixed with water and received philophones from women E living together, who live together.

2) At night on April 23, 2015, the Defendant received philophones in a way that wlophones live together with women E, who live together, after dilution with approximately 0.07g philophones, in Pyeongtaek-si B-103.

B. On April 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) injectedd approximately 0.07 gopon into the Defendant’s copon copon copon into the Defendant’s copon copon copher located behind H University located in Heung-gu G at night; and (b) administered the Defendant’s copon in a way that the Defendant injecteds the copon into the Defendant’s copon crison using a single-use injection device

2) On April 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.07g of philopon into a part of the Defendant’s I white motor vehicle parked at a construction site located in the J of the wife population at Chicago-si; and (b) administered the Defendant in a way of injection into the Defendant’s arms with a single-use injection device.

3) On April 11, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07 gopon clopon into the Defendant’s arms in a construction site located in the J of the wife population at Chicago-si, and administered them in a way that the Defendant injected them into the Defendant’s arms using a disposable injection device, within the Defendant’s I white scopon copon copon copon clopon copon copon

On April 11, 2016, the Defendant, holding a philophone, carrying it in a manner of keeping in custody 0.64g of philophone in two single-use injection equipment at the Lelel located in K of the wife population at G, and in two single-use injection equipment.
