A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. A special intimidation Defendant is a relative of the victim B (man, 13 years of age). At around 02:30 on July 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) listened to the Seocho-gu Seoul Apartment D, a Seocho-gu Seoul, where the victim had resided with the victim on July 10, 2018; (b) listened to the victim’s talking that the victim’s influort with the view to the influortness of the Plaintiff; and (c) opened the room in which the victim was self-flut with the victim; and (d) opened the said cleaning gate to the room in which the victim was self-flut with the victim; and (d) opened the victim’s visit and sound, which is a dangerous object ( approximately 19cm in total length, approximately 10cm in blade length, and No. 1 in flut with the victim’s escape; and (d) continuously threatened the victim with the victim’s appearance and the victim’s view in favor.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. Around 2014, the Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act (child abuse) taken the victim’s secret image to show the victim’s friendship by photographing the victim’s secret image for the same reason that the victim repeatedly endeds the victim’s instructions, such as the victim’s friendship and future contact with the victim’s mother by cell phone, etc.

7. 초순경까지 사이에 주거지인 위 C아파트 D호에서, 피해자가 말을 듣지 않으면 피해자의 비굴한 모습을 촬영하여 피해자의 친구들에게 보여준다면서 주방 식탁에 앉아 문제집을 풀고 있는 피해자의 앞에 서서 휴대전화기 동영상 기능을 켠 후 피해자를 촬영하면서 피해자에게 물건을 집어던져 맞추고 피해자가 겁을 먹고 울먹거리면서 손으로 막으려는 모습 등을 모두 동영상으로 촬영하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant is the mental health of the victim who is a child.
