A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 9, 2015, the Defendant, at around 02:35, taken pictures of another person’s body that could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by photographing a image image with the victim, after installing a mobile phone using a cresh in which the victim could not know his/her names in a singing practice room at a singing practice room in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
2.
