1. Defendant B Co., Ltd. shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 167,29,58 and its amount from June 11, 2016 to April 26, 2018.

The plaintiff is a church with a representative C as a religious organization.
Defendant 1, Inc. (hereinafter “Defendant 1”) is the owner of the second floor No. 212 and fifth floor section of exclusive ownership, which is the commercial building with the third underground floor and the fifth floor size above the ground in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu D. (hereinafter “instant commercial building”).
Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Postnatal Care Center”) is a company operating a postnatal care center, etc.
In order to operate a postnatal care center on the fifth floor of the shopping mall of this case (hereinafter referred to as “No. 501”), the Defendant’s postnatal care center established a sprinkler (hereinafter referred to as “springler”).
The defendant's postnatal care center is operating a postnatal care center by leasing No. 501 from the defendant's today's U.S.C.
On October 12, 2015, the Plaintiff leased part of the remainder of the fifth floor of the instant shopping mall (hereinafter referred to as “No. 502”) from Defendant Bohovah Co., Ltd., as the lease term from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2017, the lease deposit amount of KRW 320 million, monthly rent of KRW 14 million (excluding value-added tax).
The Plaintiff, on December 1, 2015, set the lease deposit amount of KRW 200 million, monthly rent of KRW 11 million (excluding value-added tax) from Defendant Shovah on December 1, 2015, from December 26, 2015 to December 25, 2017.
In addition to subparagraphs 502 and 212, the Plaintiff, as well as the Plaintiff’s 308th floor of the instant commercial building, has completed the registration of transfer on August 21, 2013, and as to the 408th floor of the instant commercial building on March 2, 2006, each registration of transfer on March 2, 2006, and used it as religious facilities such as wedding dividends from around that time.
At around 07:50 on May 27, 2016, the spug pipe pipe pipe was laid down on the inside the ceiling of No. 501 leased by Defendant Postnatal Care Center.
This case includes No. 501.
