Reasons
1. The following facts may be found either as a dispute between the parties, or as a whole as to the entries in Gap evidence 1 to 8 (including each number, if any,), Gap evidence 10, 11, Gap evidence 16, and Eul evidence 1 to 6 (including the number, if any).
Plaintiff
No. 6/10 of the damage claim against Plaintiff Han Pung-gu, Incheon (hereinafter “Plaintiff Il Pung-gu”) was the company that entered into a remodeling and selling contract for the commercial building for the above commercial building with E, which managed the building for the 6th floor above the 6th floor above the 6th floor above the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
