1. 이 사건 공소사실 피고인은 2013. 4. 19. 10:32경 경주시 B에 있는 피고인의 주거지에서 인터넷 일베저장소(http://ilbe.com) 사이트 내 게시판에 피고인 명의 계정(닉네임: C)으로 접속 후, '개빠 시발년 운지ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ'라는 제목으로 피해자 D에 대한 기사 내용을 발췌하여 작성한 글을 열람하였다.

2. The facts charged of this case are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act.
