A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. by the Incheon District Court on February 25, 2018.

Criminal facts

[2018 Godan4399] On May 30, 2018, at the convenience store of the victim C operation located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant stolen two urban villages equivalent to KRW 4,200, which are the market price owned by the victim and displayed there.

[2019 Highest 2279] On February 1, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes at the Incheon District Court (Indecent Conduct at Public Smuggling Place). On May 29, 2018, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information.

A person subject to registration of personal information shall submit basic personal information, such as name, resident registration number, address, and real place of residence, to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 30 days

Nevertheless, without justifiable grounds, the Defendant failed to submit basic personal information to the chief of the competent police station by June 28, 2018.

1. At around 21:00 on December 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stolen food, such as a kimchi dog in an amount equivalent to KRW 22,00,00, in the market price where the instant Otoba was entered in the delivery box, in front of the Seo-gu building in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) in order for the Victim F to install, store, and deliver G delivery error; and (c) cut off food, such as a kimchi dog in an amount equivalent to KRW 22,00,00.

2. On January 10, 2019, at around 22:15, the Defendant cut off 16,000 won of the market price and drinking water in order for the victim J to set up, store, and deliver the K-delivery franc in front of the H building I in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, and then cut off the franc and drinking water equivalent to 16,00 won of the market price where the above franc was in the delivery box.

3. The Defendant, at around 19:05 on January 19, 2019, at the same place as that described in paragraph 2, set up the said victim’sJ in order to set up and deliver K-delivery and delivery.
