The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the Gu and the defendant is the head of the Gu-Si apartment management office, and D is the chairperson of the above C apartment management office.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On June 8, 2016, the Defendant prepared a “public notice of access to the electoral register” in the name of the chairman of the C Apartment Election Management Committee with the content of “Perusal of the electoral register to elect the same representative by June 15, 2016” using a computer without the above D’s consent to post it on the said C Apartment Management Office, and forged with the official seal of the election commission.

B. On June 14, 2016, the Defendant prepared a “public announcement of convening a meeting of the election commission meeting on the front line” in the name of the chairman of the C Apartment Election Management Committee, stating that, in order to post the above C Apartment at the above C Apartment Management Office, the Defendant would use a computer without the above D’s consent, and forged the official seal of the election commission.

C. On June 15, 2016, the Defendant prepared a “public announcement on the implementation of visit voting under the name of the chairperson of the C Apartment Election Management Committee” with the content that “in order to post the above C Apartment at the above C Apartment Management Office, visiting voting shall be held on June 20, 2016 by using a computer without obtaining D’s consent,” and forged with the official seal of the election commission.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;
