A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) talked in the victim B (the age of 21) and the Defendant’s CM5 passenger cars on the roads near the Dong-dong of Boan-si, Boan-si; (b) provided that the victim did not think of work together with the Defendant; (c) provided that the victim would have been asked to get off the victim; (d) but he did so on the same day at around 23:40 on the same day, he did not look at about 176km from Eel located in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, thereby preventing the victim from getting off the vehicle between 2:30 minutes and 30 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On October 5, 2016, around 15:50, the Defendant driven a CM5-car without obtaining a driver’s license from the second apartment parking lot with 38-lane 3, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, and from the second apartment parking lot with 389-gu, Sinyang-si, to the front parking lot of the 389-gu, GM5-car from the 210km section.

B. On October 5, 2016, the Defendant driven CM5 car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 32 km section from the Glsting parking lot of the 389 Glst Sports Center to the Glsting parking lot of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, as it was around 19:30 on October 5, 2016.

On October 5, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven CM5 car without obtaining a driver's license from Glsting parking lot in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F to Glst hotel parking lot in Sih at Sin-si.

(d)

On October 13:00 on October 7, 2016, the Defendant again driven CM5 car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 327 km section from the I hotel parking lot located at H to the K beach parking lot located in the Y of Boh City to the Eel parking lot located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

E. Around 01:00 on October 9, 2016, the Defendant driven CM5 car without obtaining a driver’s license from the Eel parking lot located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangdong-gu to about 213 km in the area of 213 km away from the Sinsan Sinsan-si, the YM5 car without obtaining a driver’s license.
