A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and six months, and a short term of one year.

The defendant is a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 19, 2016, the Defendant illegally used a motor vehicle: (a) around 22:00, at the center of the city of Yong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Namnam-gun, Seoul, the Defendant opened a door-free door of FSM5 motor vehicle owned by the victim E in a smart kiro-dong in the vehicle; (b) was driving the motor vehicle to drive the vehicle and return it to a wooden city, such as a road in front of the “H restaurant” located in the G in the Sinpo-si; and (c) was temporarily used for approximately two hours without the victim’s consent, such as moving the motor vehicle to the “central Ra” parking lot.

2. Larceny;

A. On January 20, 2016, Defendant 1 driven the said FM5 car at the time and place set forth in the above paragraph 1, and parked in the above “Central Lona” parking lot around 00:10 on January 20, 2016, Defendant 2 stolen KRW 15,000, cash, which was owned by the victim E, who was kept in the said car trade zone.

B. On January 22, 2016, at around 23:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the victim D, which was not temporarily set up in the front parking lot of the apartment 102 unit, and entered into the vehicle with the keys posted inside the vehicle, and cut off the starting line by driving the vehicle.

3. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On January 19, 2016, the Defendant, as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) around 22:00, started from the above Central Down, and run the said FM5 vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license, from approximately 100km section to the said Central Down Down, via the above “H restaurant.”

B. On January 22, 2016, at around 23:30, the Defendant driven a vehicle with approximately 5 km from the front parking area of the 102-dong apartment of “Grannam-si,” to the front road of the Yeongsan River located in the Yeongsan, Seomjin, Seomjin, Dokdong-gun, Seoul, and without a vehicle driver’s license.

4. The Defendant is forced to commit an indecent act on January 20, 2016, the remaining Yong-gun around 05:10.
