A is the Chairman of the Korean Democratic Labor Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Private Labor Union”), the Korean Metal Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the “MMMM”), Samsung Electronic Service Branch (G; hereinafter referred to as the “MMM”) and Defendant B is an employee of the Non-regular Labor Center.

1. Relevant situation Samsung Electronic Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “T&T”) is a subsidiary responsible for the maintenance and repair of products produced by Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd., and partially entrusts the installation and repair of electronic equipment to 108 companies nationwide (hereinafter “Co.”), and the National Samsung Electronic Services Center (hereinafter “Service Center”) operated by the above Co., Ltd. is 169, and the article of the above 169 service center entered into a contract with each Co., Ltd. and paid wages from the pertinent Co., Ltd.
