Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible;

A. On July 1, 2020, at around 08:25, the Defendant parked a D car in the safety zone in the Gu office in Busan City City B, and posted the scampet and franchise card on the vehicle, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by leaving the registration number plate of the said vehicle by the franchise card in order to avoid parking control while carrying out one-person demonstration.

B. On July 3, 2020, around 08:16, the Defendant parked the said car in the safety zone in front of the F station located in Busan, and conducted a one-person demonstration in the same manner as Paragraph 1(a) and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by placing the registration number plate of the said car in the franchise card in order to avoid crackdown on parking.

On July 6, 2020, the Defendant parked the said car in an appeal, such as Paragraph 1-B, No. 1-2, around 08:02, and conducted one-person demonstration in the same manner as Paragraph 1-A, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by placing the registration number plate of the said car in a flick card to avoid parking control.
