1. No one shall provide game water classified by the Game Water Management Committee for distribution or use, or display or keep for such purposes;

Nevertheless, on September 2, 2016, from around 09:00 to around 17:35, the Defendant installed a game “sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-land game” that was classified by the Game Water Management Committee on the game “to-sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-air game” and provided the said “sea-to-sea-to-sea” game to customers who visited the head of the said game.

2. No one shall engage in business of converting into money or arranging exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results (referring to game money and things similar thereto, such as points, premiums and virtual currency used in a game) obtained through the use of a game product;

Nevertheless, the Defendant exchanged points, which are the outcome obtained through the instant game water, in a way that customers obtain through the said “sea open game” game or deducts the remaining points by cash after deducting 10% from the point at the time and time as indicated in paragraph 1.
