1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won;

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the National Sports Promotion Act shall issue sports promotion betting tickets or similar things to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and any person, other than entrusted business operators, to provide property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting, and shall not gambling using such prohibited acts;
