Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall gambling in return for offering property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the result of issuing sports betting tickets or similar things.

Nevertheless, around 10:28 on December 25, 2012, the Defendant connected Addd'C to the “B” site of a private sports earth site by using an Internet computer at a scambscamb located in Changwon-dong, Changwon-dong, and deposited KRW 1,00,000 to the “B account of a national bank in the name of D which the above site operator designated as a deposit account for gambling money, and charged the corresponding game money, and then charged the corresponding game money at the site by printing it to the 1,00,000,000 won on the scambling of various sports games, such as domestic and foreign festivals, and then lost the scambling by receiving dividends in proportion to the dividend rate at the scambscambling rate at the site, and deposited KRW 1,000,000 on April 28, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the “Scambling sheet”).
