Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On August 17, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, theft, etc. at the Incheon District Court on May 10, 2019, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on May 10, 201. On November 4, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny at the Incheon District Court’s Busan District Court’s Branch Branch, and completed the execution on November 3, 2020.
[Criminal facts]
1. Special larceny;
A. On November 15, 2020, at around 00:20 on November 15, 2020, the Defendant destroyed the laundry room and laundry room at the laundry house operated by the victims B of the Incheon Strengthening-gun B, and subsequently, the Defendant opened a corrected window and intruded the place and stolen the cash amounting to approximately KRW 2.50,000,000, which was kept in the Kabter’s safe.

On November 23, 2020, at around 00:40 on November 23, 2020, the Defendant destroyed the door from “J” operated by the victim I of the G Building H in Incheon, Incheon, with the entrance installed in front and rear, damaged the lock-down of the lock-up, which was corrected, and then invaded into the place and stolen the cash amounting to KRW 135,650, which was kept in custody at the safe.
2. On November 15, 2020, around 03:05, the Defendant: (a) infringed on a structure at night; (b) invaded at a cafeteria operated by the damageer L of Incheon, Incheon, by the entrance not corrected at that cafeteria; and (c) stolen the 60,000 won in cash, which was kept in the Kabter’s account room; and (d) stolen it.
3. On November 15, 2020, at around 04:20, the Defendant: (a) opened a mound network installed in the main boiler room in his/her possession and intrudes into the boiler room after opening the mound door installed in his/her boiler room in his/her hands for the purpose of larcenying cash in that place; (b) however, the Defendant did not enter the boiler room because the door inside the restaurant was double.
