A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Nos. 1 and 2 of the evidence seized by the defendant shall be confiscated.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 12, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and two months in the Incheon District Court on the night-time structure theft, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on March 16, 2014.
1. The Defendant, “2017 Highest 2137,” compared to the ordinary commercial buildings, selected a relatively neglected restaurant, office, etc., and finished the business of which management was neglected, and displayed the subject matter with the intention to steal cash, etc. by intrusion into the door through which no correction was made during the late night hours.
A. From around 20:00 on March 10, 2017 to around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the entrance of a private teaching institute was not corrected; (b) opened a entrance; and (c) sought to steals cash, etc. by intrusion into a private teaching institute; and (d) attempted to detect one of the main body of the computers owned by the victim under the office’s books, but attempted to steal it, and did not have any value because of the low specifications of the computer; (b) attempted to stop the commission of the crime; and (c) failed to implement the commission of the crime.
2. On March 6, 2017, the Defendant 2271 of 2017, the Defendant, at around 01:00 on March 6, 2017, was a victim who was under custody of the said vehicle, left the front door of the Jar vehicle parked by the victim I in the lower-class parking lot on the right side of the 7-side parking lot located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon.
