Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents) are those engaged in driving BM5 automobiles;

Around August 22, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driven a BM5 vehicle without a vehicle driver’s license from around 8km section from the date before the Peace Many Road located in Gwangju-dong, Gwangju-dong to the front parking lot of the traffic survey department of the Gwangju Western Police Station.
