Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On December 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment by the military court of the common military court of the Korean Army Bronchial Army in the Army due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the death or injury caused before the risk), and completed the execution of the sentence on April 27, 2014.

1. 2. On December 21, 2016, the Defendant was granted a loan of KRW 200,000 in cash from the cash withdrawal machine installed prior to the H convenience store located G in Echeon-si, Leecheon-si, using the credit card of the victim who stolen, and received a loan of KRW 200,000 in cash at the same place as in the same day, around 03:08 on the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property and illegally used another's credit card that was stolen.
3. On December 21, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business: around 01:40, the Defendant settled KRW 130,000 for alcoholic beverages using a stolen victim’s credit card at the “J” entertainment station located in Ischeon-si I; and on the same day, the Defendant paid KRW 130,00 for alcoholic beverages at the same place as in the same manner on the same day.
In this respect, the Defendant used stolen credit cards from others.

1. On March 20, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings: (a) entered the “D church” located in Ischeon-si, Leecheon-si, via the entrance door of the church that was not corrected; (b) intruded into the instant church to the worship on the lower first floor; and (c) attempted to steals money and valuables of the said church’s money and valuables; (d) but did not go to the private house of the said church, and did not go to the private house of the said church.
