A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four-month imprisonment with prison labor for night structure larceny at the Jeonju District Court on November 27, 201, and on August 27, 2015, in the same court on August 27, 2015, sentenced one year to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual night structure intrusion larceny and fraud, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Jeonju Prison on August 16, 2016.

1. On November 5, 2016, at around 15:50 on November 5, 2016, the Defendant habitually stolen: (a) entered the D church located in Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City); (b) opened a door-to-door door by means of any cresh not going out by the victim E; and (c) taken goods owned by the victims worth KRW 18,275,000, total market price, from November 5, 2016 to March 8, 2017, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, and brought up goods owned by the victims in total of 24 times during the period from November 5 to March 8, 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendant habitually stolen the property owned by others.

2. Violation of the Act on specialized credit finance business;

A. On November 10, 2016, at the Gelel located in Jin-gu Seoul Metropolitan City F on November 12:30, 2016, unlawfully uses another person’s credit card, which was stolen by the national credit card in the H’s name that was stolen under the foregoing 1. paragraph, with the approval of KRW 100,000,000 for lodging expenses

B. On November 10, 2016, at the Jurel located in Seo-jin-gu I on the preceding week around 13:03, in paying 110,00 won of accommodation expenses with a new credit card under the H’s name that was stolen under the foregoing 1.3, the third party’s credit card illegally used;

C. Around December 16, 2016, at the Moel located in K located in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Taejin-gu, Seoul on December 16, 2016, paid for accommodation costs of KRW 100,000,000, which was stolen, and used the other person’s credit card illegally.
