A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall pay 400,000 won to the applicant for compensation by deceit.

Punishment of the crime

"2014 Highest 3072"

1. On May 31, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would charge the victim F with the electronic currency (i.e., electronic currency) that can be used in the smartphone game, a smartphone game,” by telephone, to the victim F.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to charge electronic currency to the victim even if he did not receive money at the time.

Nevertheless, the defendant received 130,000 won from the victim as the price of electronic currency on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On June 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) linked to the NAV, a Internet site, at the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, written a notice on the sales of the galthogle 10.1 2014 Egalthot, and made a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would deposit in cash by informing the victim G who contacted the Defendant of the phone number as if he/she sold the galtho PC.

However, the Defendant did not have a gallon 10.1 2014 Egalian PC, and even if he received the price from the victim, there was no intention or ability to transfer the gallon PC to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received 480,000 won from the victim for the same day PC price.

The Defendant received total of KRW 5,785,000 from 14 victims over a total of 14 times, as shown in attached Table 1, from around the above to August 15, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

The Defendant, at around 15:00 on March 31, 2014, came to know of the “Icck” located in H at Yangyang-si, Namyang-si, and through the Ick site.
