A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Interference with business;
A. On September 2014, the Defendant found the cafeteria operated by the victim D in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and prevented the Defendant from entering the entrance of the said restaurant by blocking the entrance and allowing customers from entering the restaurant on the ground that he was urged to pay the money borrowed from the victim, and thus, the Defendant got the victim not to enter the restaurant. The Defendant made the victim 10 minutes of the cafeteria, “I do not have to gather the string, opening, and opening the door inside the house. I do not have the string, opening, and opening the house.”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.
B. On October 19, 2014, around 19:00, the Defendant posted the victim G in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, “H” in front of the street, without any reason, while drunkly under the influence of alcohol, and caused approximately 10 minutes to close the door without any reason. The Defendant: (a) on the top of October 2014, the Defendant 19: (b) sent the victim G in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the victim, and (c) sent the victim a warning that it would be slick to the victim; (b) on the other hand, the Defendant 10 minutes of the things in front; and (d) on the other hand, nicked the funeral in front of the things in front; and (c) on the other hand, nick the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's marina business by force.
C. On October 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30 on October 28, 2014, 2014, around 20: (b) around 20:30, the Defendant: (c) under the influence of alcohol in front of the cargo truck in the roof bakbaker, operated by the victim J in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant 10 minutes of the instant cargo transport to the victim on the ground that the victim is the ordinary person; and (d) around 10 minutes of the instant cargo transport to another place.
