A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 22, 2019, at around 19:20, the Defendant discovered the fluor who was displayed in the air conditioners operated by the victim C in Cheongju-si, the Defendant: (a) discovered the fluor in the fluort in which the victim C was placed; (b) fluort only one fluor who was in the air conditioners in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) fluort was placed in the left part fluor, and (d) cut off two fluories whose market price is equivalent to KRW 2,600.

2. Interference with business;

A. B.
