A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:15 on March 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) went under the influence of alcohol in the D cafeteria of the Victim C Operation in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) sound, “I have come to go to the inside, she would have come to go from the victim’s kitchen E (32 years of age)”; (c) she sees the victim C (37 years of age) that “I have dice so that I can not dice so that I can see the victim’s fright, and she could see the victim’s dice.” (d) she sees the victim C (37 years of age) that “Is the victim’s dice so that I will have dice so that I can do so, she would have to go to do so, she would have to do so, she would have to do so, she will do so, and she would have to see the victim’s entrance out of the 35 minutes.”

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim E and the victim C, and interfered with the victim C's restaurant business by force.

2. The Defendant, upon receipt of a report at the date and time and place set forth in paragraph 1, expressed a large amount of 60 minutes of the victim’s desire to “I am, w son, bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch, bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch,” to the victims of approximately 10 minutes of the report.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insulting the victim F and the victim G.
