A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 26, 2017, from around 01:04 to around 01:13 of the same day, the Defendant is prohibited from operating his/her duties by paying a fine on the part of the victim D, who is a taxi driver, if he/she is Seoul si and thus is a taxi in Seoul, he/she shall not pay a fine.

“The extent of fines,” even if the horses were written, on the back of the taxi;

The defendant's credit card was affixed to the card terminal installed adjacent to the driver's seat of the taxi and the victim did not get off the taxi even after being requested by the injured party, thereby obstructing the victim's taxi business by force.

2. On August 26, 2017, at around 01:13, the Defendant: (a) dispatched to the scene after receiving a report on the foregoing paragraph 112; and (b) obstructed the performance of official duties; (c) removed F’s chest f from the border belonging to the police station in the Dong-dong Police Station in Japan, Japan, where he heard the statement from D and the Defendant; and (d) f’s external chest f’s chest f’s chest f’s chest f’s chest f; and (d) took a bath to the effect of this f’s head of the Defendant’s head, and assault F’s nose and f’s eye on three occasions.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Circumstances unfavorable to the reasons for sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act: The obstruction of the performance of official duties by itself is deemed to be minor.

The degree of force that the defendant uses to the damaged police officer is not easy.

The defendant is in the year 2007.
