Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the father of the victim C ( South, 17 years old), D (n, 17 years old), E ( South, 11 years old), and Defendant B is the mother of the above victims.

No person shall abandon any child's physical abuse, or physical abuse that may injure the physical health and development of a child, or emotional abuse that may injure the mental health and development of a child, or a child under his/her protection and supervision, or neglect any basic protection, rearing, medical treatment and education, including food, clothing and shelter.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. From March 2017, Defendants 1 violated the Child Reinstatement Act (Child Abuse 1)

B.
