A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as the relative of the victim C (V, under 18 years of age), and victim D (the remaining, under 18 years of age), was living together with the victims at the home of the defendant in the Gyeongjin-gun E in North Korea.

1. No person who violates the law of the place of a child shall commit any such act as impairing the body of a child, undermining physical health and development of the child, or undermining the mental health and development of the child, or undermining the mental health and development of the child;

A. The Defendant, from the victims of around July 2017, “the boiler installed in the house,” does not operate the boiler far from the victims.
