1. As to the accidents described in paragraph 1 of the attached list, time limit for the insurance contract described in paragraph 2 of the attached list.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant, on March 10, 201, concluded an insurance contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, and entered into an insurance contract with the content of the special terms and conditions, as indicated in paragraph (2) of the attached Table, with the Defendant as the insured on March 10, 201 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The insurance contract of this case as indicated in paragraph (2) of the attached Table indicating that the Defendant is the Defendant as the insured.
The contents of the instant case are as follows. Meanwhile, among the terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract, the terms and conditions related to the instant case are as follows: (a) the terms and conditions of the instant special contract (hereinafter “the instant special terms and conditions”) and the “the high-amount medical cost and diagnostic expenses clause” (hereinafter “the instant special terms and conditions”) related to the instant case.
Article 1 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) of the 1st Special Terms and Conditions of this case shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary (beneficiary) when any of the following events occurs to the insured (beneficiary).
1. Cancer diagnosis costs: The following amounts shall be paid only once for the first time when the diagnosis is finalized as one of the "cancer-related diseases" after the date of coverage of this Special Terms and Conditions. Separately, 20% of the purchase amount of insurance (50% of the above amount in the case of less than one year after subscription) of the purchase amount of 20% (in the case of less than one year after subscription, 50% of the above amount in the case of less than one year after subscription) of the purchase amount of insurance under Article 3 (Definition and Diagnosis Confirmation of the above amount) (1) of this Special Terms and Conditions (referred to in this Special Terms and Conditions, 50% of the above amount in the case of less than one year after subscription).
