1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
The summary of the case is that the Plaintiff, the insured, seeks the payment of insurance proceeds to the Defendant, the insurance company, on the grounds of the diagnosis and confirmation of the “malicious life”.
On November 26, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract on the premise that the Plaintiff and the beneficiary of the insurance proceeds other than the insured and the deceased were the Plaintiff, the beneficiary of the death insurance proceeds, the statutory inheritor, and the insurance period from November 26, 2010 to November 26, 2054.
The purchase price of the plaintiff's insurance is KRW 50 million each in terms of cancer diagnosis costs and high-amount cancer diagnosis costs, and KRW 80,000 per day in terms of cancer hospitalization costs, and the special terms and conditions of cancer hospitalization are KRW 80,000 per day (general cancer hospitalization costs (4-120 days). The company under Article 1 of the Special Terms and Conditions of Cancer (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary (person receiving the insurance money) when any of the following events occurs to the insured (person subject to insurance):
20% of the purchase amount of insurance for distinguished cancer cancer, other skin cancer, thalthum cancer, and dalthum cancer diagnosis costs (50% of the above amount, if less than one year has passed after subscription) 20% of the purchase amount of insurance (Provided, That 50% of the above amount, if less than one year has passed after subscription)

Cancer diagnosis costs: (a) when a diagnosis has been finalized as one of the "cancer-related diseases" after the date of coverage of this Special Terms and Conditions, the following amounts are paid only once for the first time under Article 3 (Definition and Confirmation of "Cance-related Diseases" (hereinafter referred to as "Cance-related diseases") (1) of this Special Terms and Conditions refers to the following diseases in the basic classification of the 5th Korean Standard Classification of Diseases (hereinafter referred to as "Cance-related diseases"):
