A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of eight months and a fine of two hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

"The 2018 Highest 667" defendant residing in Suwon-gu, Busan, and went to the trial on September 4, 2017 due to D and parking problems that are neighboring residents.

On September 6, 2017, the Defendant received a written complaint from the Busan Southern Police Station located in 81, Nam-gu, Busan, Busan, about 319 times, with the intention of having D receive criminal punishment. As a result, the defendant submitted a false statement to the Busan Southern Police Station for the purpose of having D receive criminal punishment.

1. On December 7, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Road Traffic Act”), driving a Naya car on the front side of “G restaurant” located in F of the Busan Suwon-gu, while driving on the front side of the “G restaurant,” the Defendant did not properly look at the front side and left side and did not properly operate steering devices and brakes, and by negligence, which was parked in that place, the Defendant: (a) the Defendant: (b) the Defendant: (c) destroyed the parts of the 1st head door of the victim H who was parked at that place; and (d) left the site without providing the Defendant’s personal information to the victim.

2. On December 7, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, and around 700 meters from the front side of the new Busan church located in the Young-gu, Busan, U.S., Busan, to the front side of the port of Su Young-gu, Busan, the Defendant driven the relevant small-scale car at a section of about 700 meters from the front side of the port of Suwon to the front side of the port of Su Young-gu.
