A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

From April 23, 2005 to October 22, 2009, the Defendant: (a) around March 8, 2007, when entering a hospital with D as a patient; (b) had D and sexual intercourse at the second floor of the above hospital; and (c) had D and sexual intercourse five times thereafter; (d) on August 2008, when he heard D’s horses, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence for August 2, 201 by forceing D and its wife’s wife from November n to October 2009, by forceing D and its wife from November 2008 to October 22, 2010.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not get unfolded to D, resulting in the following crimes.

1. On December 18, 2015, the Defendant prepared a false complaint against D with a view to having D obtain criminal punishment at the public service center of the annual police station located in the Busan Blue-gu, Busan around December 18, 2015.

A written complaint states that "D, on October 12, 2007, raped a complainant in the E Bsanbu and the ultra-secting room, and punished for suppression," or that "D has sexual intercourses with the defendant several times under the above agreement, and there was no rape of the defendant."

Nevertheless, on December 18, 2015, the defendant submitted a written complaint to the police officer who is unable to know his/her name in the above public service center and filed the complaint with D.

2. On July 20, 2017, the Defendant, on July 20, 2017, drafted a false complaint against D with a view to having D receive criminal punishment at the annual police station located in Busan YY-gu, Busan Y-gu investigation of female juveniles, and the office thereof.

A written complaint states that "D, on October 12, 2007, raped a complainant in the E Bsanbu and the ultra-secting room, and punished for suppression," or that "D has sexual intercourses with the defendant several times under the above agreement, and there was no rape of the defendant."
