Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the owner of land and building located in Busan Nam-gu D and E, agreed on the purchase price of KRW 620 million around February 13, 2014 in the process of selling the said site to the F Regional Housing Association, as the object of the apartment building construction project, and agreed on the sale price of KRW 620 million around February 13, 2014, but requested an increase in the purchase price, and concluded a sales contract with the total purchase price of KRW 1.8 billion at the H office of Suwon-gu, Busan, and completed a sales contract with the total purchase price of KRW 1.8 billion at the H office on December 8, 2015.

After that, the Defendant was subject to provisional attachment of KRW 1.8 billion based on the claim for damages on the grounds that the sale contract on December 8, 2015 was an unfair legal act from the FN District Housing Association, the buyer, and the buyer, and rather, the Defendant was dissatisfied with the claim for damages, and the total purchase price was KRW 2 billion.

I, the agent of a sales contract, citing that the contract was forged;

On December 8, 2015, Defendant I prepared a false statement of real estate transaction agreement that he did not consent to the sale and purchase of the real estate of this case by proxy.

Nevertheless, on January 13, 2015, the defendant submitted the above written complaint to the police officer who is unable to know his name in the above Busan Busan Southern Police Station civil petition office.

In this respect, the defendant was made without the purpose of having I receive criminal punishment.
