A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 17, 201, the Defendant driven a bro vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.080% of the blood alcohol concentration in the section of about 3km from the front side of the main station in the Taejin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front side of the Dansan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, without a driver’s license, at around 05:1 on October 17, 201.

2. Forgery of private documents;

A. On October 17, 201, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol or without a license, the Defendant: (b) 05:11, when the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol on the part of the driver without a license, and (c) drafted a written report on the driver’s license in the D District located in U.S. in U.S., U.S., U.S., the Defendant had been punished due to drinking, etc. in the past, etc.; (d) the Defendant had the intent to pay a fine; (e) in the address column of the written report on the driver’s license; (e) stated “F of Daegu-gu, U.S., E” in the name column, and “G” in the resident registration number column; and (e) driven B automobiles under the influence of 0.080% of alcohol concentration in blood; and (e) stated “E” in the name column of the driver’s confirmation column of the confirmation of the fact of the driver’s license indicating the purport of “E” as an official seal on his name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, the defendant forged one copy of the report on the master driver's launch in the above E name, which is a private document related to the certification of fact.

B. Article 2 of the Defendant of a written consent to voluntary Dong-dong.

When preparing a letter of voluntary behavior at the same time and place as the same as the paragraph, the letter of voluntary behavior was written in the confirmation column of voluntary behavior written consent, and the letter was stamped by the defendant's letter next to his name.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, forged a letter of consent to voluntary behavior in the above E, which is a private document related to the certification of fact.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as that of paragraph 2, forged the foregoing investigation document to H with the superintendent of the police station affiliated with the D District of the above police station, who is aware of the forgery.
