Punishment of the crime
"2014 Goi4 1470"
1. At around 05:20 on September 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a passenger car door owned by the victim C-owned D-E-ray No. 2; (b) opened and intruded into the 1st floor parking lot in Ansan-si, Seoul-si; and (c) cut off with 4:4,000 won per piece; (d) one day 10,000 won per each resident registration certificate; and (d) one security card.
2. On September 26, 2012, the Defendant attempted to larceny (around 04:00 on September 26, 2012, the Defendant, who was parked on the victim F’s G bargaining vehicle in front of Ansan-si, was in his/her possession of the victim F, and was in his/her possession of the vehicle for the purpose of thefting money and valuables in his/her inner custody. However, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime because his/her door was locked.
The defendant of "2014 Man-Ma1471" brought a person with no fixed occupation to steal cash by entering a vehicle parked on the street for the purpose of preparing living expenses, etc.
1. On August 23, 2012, around 03:02, the Defendant opened a door of a vehicle that was parked in the H Nomp in front of the members of the Dong-gu, Ansan-si and stolen an amount equivalent to KRW 30,000 per annum by entering the victim I who was not corrected within the J Nomp car quantity.

4. On September 25, 2012, around 04:52, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering gate, which was parked in Q from the street in front of the R kindergarten located in Ansan-si, a member Q, and opened a door that was not corrected within the amount of the TR-gu car owned by the victim S; and (b) stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 70,000 in cash in that place.
5. On September 25, 2012, the Defendant is a R kindergarten located in Q Q from Ansan-si around 05:02.
