A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle BM5 vehicle.

2. The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.248% at the above date and at the above place, driving 20 meters of her BM5 vehicle up to the roadside.

3. The obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant: (a) at the Haba Haba Police Station, located in G on the same day 22:52, on the same day; (b) the police officer I (the age of 43) voluntarily driven the Defendant under the charge of the above 1:2; (c) voluntarily driven the Defendant; and (d) I am scam to scam and scam the complaints of the defect in order to conduct an investigation in contact with the victim; and (d) I am scam to “I scam scam?” while I am scam, I scam the part of I’s scam with scam, and then pushed the Defendant with scam, and continuously “I am scambababbabbabbab,” and scam to the left side of the police box (the police officer’s 1).

Ultimately, the Defendant assaulted police officers, thereby obstructing police officers’ legitimate performance of official duties, and simultaneously treated victims I for about two weeks.
