A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:05 on December 29, 2014, the Defendant: (b) ordered other customers in the restaurant “D” operated by the Victim C (36 years of age) to drink and drink in the restaurant; (c) took a bath, without any justifiable reason, the Defendant: (d) 7 customers, who were on the floor of the restaurant, with a 90-minute box, were flicked in the restaurant; and (d) interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force.

At around 02:00 on the same day, the Defendant continued to move the Defendant to the front of the Defendant’s house located in the G apartment at Taecheon-si, by burning the Defendant at the patrol vehicle, and assaulted the Defendant by using a slope I (the age of 38) who was next to the Defendant after having a sloping H’s breast part of the breast part of the patrol vehicle by leaving the back of the patrol vehicle in order to have the Defendant returned to the Defendant, and getting the Defendant returned to the Defendant, by using a sloping I (the age of 47).
At around 02:20 on the same day, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender of the crime of obstruction of the performance of official duties in the Taecheon Police Station E District in Taecheon-si, Taecheon-si, Taecheon-si, by “Woo Ma. Map Map Mapk”, and assaulted F’s right-hand bucks one time to walk.
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted Fman F, Assistant H and Assistant I, and performed legitimate duties of police officers with regard to 112 report processing and arrest of flagrant offenders.
