A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant habitually committed the following crimes.

1. On February 1, 2019, at around 04:22, the Defendant confirmed that there was no room around the “D” storage of the victim C’s materials located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then opened an entrance with no locking device and intruded into the storage, and then cut off the property of a total amount of KRW 120,000,000, in the market price, equivalent to the 30,000,000, the market price of which was located in the coolant was at least 30,000 won.

2. 피고인은 2019. 3. 15. 04:35경 서울 강동구 E건물, 1층에 있는 피해자 F 운영의 G 식당 뒤편 주차장에서, 그곳에 비치된 냉장고의 시정장치 나사를 미리 준비한 손톱깎이로 돌려 열고 내부에 들어있던 피해자 소유의 소주 5병, 계란 지단 등 시가 합계 28,800원 상당을 몰래 가져가 절취하였다.

3. On March 28, 2019, the Defendant: around 04:38, at the “J” restaurant parking lot operated by the victim I in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, the Defendant: (a) carried freezing clocks installed therein as a batus; and (b) taken off c5,00 won at the victim I’s market price (i.e., three fats and two cats) in freezing catus.

4. At around 04:50 on March 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a cooling house and the door, as described in paragraph (2), in his/her possession, so far as possible, and stolen the total amount of KRW 16,00,00,000, of the market price of the victim F of the Republic of Korea owned by the Defendant.

5. On May 3, 2019 from around 22:00 to 23:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a construction site of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government KK; (b) opened a erobbbbbbbrance by putting the entrance kbbs of container offices installed therein in the vicinity of the said office by putting the ebbrance and destroying the ebbrance, and entered the said office; and (c) entered the said office, the Defendant is the victim who is an employee
