Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Daegu District Court on January 15, 2016, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on September 6, 2017. Defendant B was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Daegu District Court on November 20, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence on November 13, 2016.

[Criminal facts] The Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On May 12, 2018, the Defendant received approximately KRW 300,000 in cash from G, and sold 1g of Melopopon, a Melopon (one philopon; hereinafter “Wlopon”) in front of the F bus terminal located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on the street.

2) On May 22, 2018, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 0.94g of phiphones to G in cash at the same place as at around 01:00,000, at the same time as at the preceding paragraph.

B. On May 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) delivered a one of a one philopon to B free of charge in a one philopon vehicle parked in the same place as the preceding paragraph at around 01:15, in which the Defendant: (b) delivered a philopon to B.

On May 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) administered philophones in a single-use injection machine with approximately 0.05 gopon at the home of the Defendant of H 406 dong 405 at the seat of the Daegu-gu 406 dong 405 ophones; and (b) injected philophones in a way of dilution into the left blood line.

(1) On May 23, 2018, the Defendant carried a philophone in a manner that puts up one white part of a vinyl, which is contained in approximately 0.92g of philophone in front of the Southern-gu Daegu-gu I, Daegu-gu, in front of the Defendant, into the Defendant’s right-hand Australia.

2) On May 23, 2018, around 16:42, the Defendant possessed a phiphone in a manner that keeps approximately 5.32g of philopon in the fluoring car of B parked on the front of the Daegu Southern-gu J, Daegu-gu, by means of keeping 9 vinyl fluor and one philopon containing one 0.3ml of liquid 0.3ml of the dilution.
