Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act and two years and two months at the Daegu prison on September 2, 2016, and the execution of the sentence was terminated by the Daegu prison on September 2, 2016, and is not a narcotics handler.

[2017 order 2588, hereinafter “2588”)

1. On May 9, 2017, at around 21:00, the Defendant administered a phiphone by inserting approximately 0.05 g of Mecopon into a single-use injection machine, which is a local mental medicine, in the Defendant’s residence [Meopon C, 318 Dong 1202, Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, and 318 Dong 1202]. The Defendant administered a phiphone by inserting approximately 0.05 g of Mecopon into a single-use injection machine, and inserting water into the arms after dilution.

2. On May 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 16:45, the Defendant: (b) carried a philopon by inserting a one disposable injection device containing approximately 0.28ml in liquid in which the volume of the philopon’s non-scopon in the table in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City “Eel” 507, and a one philopon containing approximately 0.28ml in water; and (c) inserting a one philopon into a bank located therein, which contains approximately 0.34ml incopon.

[2017 Highest 3721, hereinafter “3721”) the Defendant received plastic bags free of charge from the second floor office of the building located in Busan East-gu, Busan-dong, about 01:30 on February 17, 2017.
