Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on May 29, 2014, and was on May 22, 2017, and was not a person who completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Prison on May 22, 2017, and was not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On October 1, 2017, the Defendant, around 15:00, administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.07 grams of Metropopa (one philoopopopon; hereinafter referred to as “philoopon”), which is a local mental medicine, in a single-time injection machine, into the water and inserting them into the left part of the blood.

B. On April 12, 2018, at around 05:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.07 grams from the Defendant’s house located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government Office Dtel E into a single-use injection machine and melting them into the water and administering the phiphones in a way of injecting them into the left part of blood.

On April 12, 2018, the Defendant carried a philophone in a manner that puts up two plastic bags containing approximately 1.76g of philophones in front of the instant officetel and two philophones containing approximately 0.47g of philophones in the back part of the instant officetel.

(d)

On April 12, 2018, the Defendant, at around 11:00, carried a philopon in a way that puts a philopon on the front of the above Defendant’s house, containing approximately 0.24g philopon, into a philopon.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On April 5, 2018, around 15:00, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s home located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government Dtel, put in the tobacco leaves in the tobacco dog, and smoked marijuana in a way of smoking, following smoke.

B. On April 12, 2018, around 10:50, the Defendant carried marijuana in a manner that puts a white paper flicker in the back part of the instant officetel containing approximately 5.3g of marijuana in front of the instant officetel.

On November 10, 2017, the defendant of "2018 Highest 1975" is ahead of "G hospital located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan around 23:00."
