Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months, and three years of suspended execution on June 6, 2014 at the Busan District Court for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapons, etc.).

1. Around 23:15 on January 14, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving a vehicle driving license under the influence of alcohol with a level of 0.058% of alcohol concentration, and driving a approximately 1.5 km from Busan Jung-gu, Busan, which is located in the central road of Jung-gu, Busan, to the roads adjacent to the salary hospital located in the Dongcheon-dong, Busan, without a number of 125 cc franchise.

3. On the same day as C’s license at around 23:25 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) obtained false personal information from PDA (portable Information Terminal); (b) illegally used another’s signature by signing the driver’s confirmation column; and (c) issued the PDA, which unlawfully used another’s signature, to the control police officer who knows the fact, as seen above, as if it was duly formed.

4. The accused of forging private documents or uttering of a falsified investigative document shall prepare a report on the state of his/her driver, and make false personal information recorded by the control police officer around 23:30 on the same day as specified in the preceding paragraph, and he/she shall exercise his/her signature and seal on the report on the state of his/her driver, who recorded his/her personal information in the above C.
