Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2014, the Defendant driven a B 124c motor bicycle at a section of about 500 meters up to the roads adjacent to the salary hospital located in the Busan Dong-dong, Busan Dong-dong, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.175% of blood alcohol level around 23:49.
