Defendant
A Imprisonment for two years, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 20,000,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 2,00,000 won.

Defendant
B is the representative of G Child Care Center in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which was authorized by the head of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, on November 2, 2012, and Defendant A is a child care teacher who cares for one to two-year infant care students in the above child care center from May 2, 2016. Defendant C is a child care teacher who works as the child care teacher of the above child care center from February 25, 2012 to May 13, 2014 and continues to work as a child care teacher in the above child care center.
1. On August 31, 2016, Defendant A: (a) around 09:15, on the ground that the classroom of the G Child Care Center in question does not put the damaged child H (one year old), Defendant was unable to have the face of the victimized child up to the floor, taken the head of the victimized child up to the floor, and took approximately three minutes of the victimized child’s face up by hand; and (b) again, Defendant A, in the same manner as the list of the crimes in the attached Form, had the victimized child face several times on the floor by taking the head of the victimized child at hand from July 25, 2016 to September 8, 2016, the victimized child committed emotional abuse and emotional abuse over a total of 69 times.
2. Defendant B
(a) No person who violates the Infant Care Act shall allow any third person to perform the duties of the head of a house for children or the head of a child care teacher by using his/her name or the name of a child care center, or lend his/her certificate of qualification to any third person,
Nevertheless, the defendant employed as the representative of the above G Child Care Center and worked from March 27, 2013 by the head of the above G Child Care Center from around March 27, 2013, as a child care teacher in the above child care center, borrowed the status of the principal from C who was employed as the child care teacher in the above child care center and registered the change of C to the head around May 13, 2014.
