A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. He/she shall not allow any third person to perform the duties of the head of a children's house by using his/her name or lend his/her certificate of qualification to any third person, and shall not become the other party thereto;

A. On March 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) obtained a child care center license under the name of F Child Care Center from E employed as a child care teacher; (b) obtained the F Child Care Center license under the name of F Child Care Center from the Kim Sea market; and (c) used the name of E to perform the duties of the head of the home child care center.

B. On March 18, 2013, the Defendant was an infant care teacher at the FF Child Care Center G in Kimhae-si and 111 Dong 101.

He/she obtained a child care center authorization under the name of the I child care center from the Kimhae market using the H's certificate of qualification for the head of the child care center, and used the H's name to conduct the duties of the head of the family's office.

On April 8, 2015, the Defendant obtained a certificate of authorization for child care centers from K, which was employed as infant care teachers in Kimhae-si 305 Dong 109, with the name of Lcare centers from Kimhae-si, and used the name of K to perform the duties of the head of the household's child care center.

(d)

On June 1, 2015, the Defendant obtained a child care center authorization from NN employed as a child care teacher in Kimhae-si, under the name of O child care center from Kimhae-si, and used NN's name to carry out the duties of the president of the private child's house.

2. No nursery teacher who is prohibited from lending his/her name as infant care teacher shall allow any other person to perform the duties of infant care teacher by using his/her name nor lend his/her certificate of qualification to any other person;

On July 2013, the defendant lent a Class 2 child care teacher license from P in the above I child care center.
