Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person driving C trucks.
At around 22:30 on November 16, 2012, the Defendant driven the above truck and proceeded along the way 459-4 in Yongsan-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon with one-lane from the port distance to the port side of the sublime distance.

At around 16:00 on November 20, 2012, the Defendant asked B to “A car driver’s license should be revoked if he/she was investigated, and changed as if he/she driven at the same time.” On November 20, 2012, the Defendant instigated B to commit a traffic accident by having B undergo a false investigation from the office of the Incheon Southern Police Station, Incheon Nam-gu Office, Incheon, Nam-gu, 489-1, 15:41 on November 24, 201.
2. On November 24, 2012, Defendant B committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment at the office of the relevant Incheon Southern Police Station (U.S.) in the office of the said Incheon Southern Police Station (U.S.).
