A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving), a summary order of KRW 4 million in the same court on January 21, 201, and a summary order of KRW 7 million in the same court on May 17, 201 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement of drinking), respectively, by the same court on May 17, 201.

On October 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a CSpo-type car under the influence of alcohol content 0.181% under the influence of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the convenience store located in a place where the wife population is located on a day-to-day basis; (b) around about 1km from around 1km to the front road of the same 363rd road.
