A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal history] On November 19, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 4 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny at the Incheon District Court on November 19, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 27, 2015 and is currently under suspended sentence.

[Criminal facts]

1. On June 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was at the construction site of New Bara in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, on June 19, 2016; (b) took advantage of the cutting machine owned by the victim D in the said place to cut off the crime prevention windows of the above construction site of the building, and then entered the container through the window; and (c) cut off the victim into the container; and (d) took off one of the above cutting machines in excess of KRW 1,382,00 at the market price of the victim’s possession at a different place, and one of the above cutting machines in excess of KRW 10,000 at the market price, which was prepared in advance.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On May 9, 2016, the Defendant infringed on the first floor at the scene of the New River Construction site located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu around 02:50 on May 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid down the victim F in his/her leaving the crepit; (b) laid down the victim F with one electric wire of the amount equivalent to KRW 800,000 at the market price of the victim’s ownership, which he/she prepared in advance.

B. On May 2016, the Defendant: (a) invadedd on the third floor toilets at the construction site specified in paragraph (1) at the time of the middle wall time on May 2016; (b) cut off the victim D while leaving the cresh without any degree; and (c) stolen an electric cable of KRW 486,00 at the victim’s market price, which was 486,00,000, in advance, to which the Defendant prepared nine wires at the victim’s seat.

On June 19, 2016, around 02:50 on June 19, 2016, the Defendant intruded into a warehouse at the construction site as set forth in paragraph 2-2-50 on June 19, 2016, and stolen the victim G by getting out of the storage site, and then, it was stolen by carrying 10,000 won electric wires in advance at the market price of the victim’s ownership, which is equivalent to 700,000 won.

3. On June 15, 2016, the Defendant is equivalent to 300,000 won at the market price, which the victim J left in front of the I road located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.
