A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while carrying out the work of supplying fertilizers in agriculture, etc., was aware that high-priced pesticides are stored in G warehouses located in Changwon-si F in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, U.S., which is a customer E, and that normal surveillance is neglected, and the Defendant, upon knowing that he was negligent, attempted to steals agrochemicals stored in the above warehouse.

1. From around 13:00 to around 14:00 on July 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) supplied fertilizers in the above warehouse; (b) supplied fertilizers; and (c) stored any cre in the surrounding area, the victim-owned market price of KRW 3.50,000,000, which was the victim’s possession; and (c) cut off by carrying them into one ton vehicles operated by the Defendant.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. At around 22:50 on March 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a corrected warehouse using a ridge that the victim left the storage and intrudes into the warehouse; (b) placed in the storage the victim’s market value at a level equivalent to KRW 3.50,000,000 at the victim’s market value, which was kept in the storage; and (c) cut off a H car operated by the Defendant.

B. On April 14, 2016, at around 21:50, the Defendant: (a) opened a corrected warehouse using a fluent key prepared in advance; (b) intruded into a warehouse; and (c) 1 boxes of three agricultural chemicals of one million won at the victim’s market value stored therein; and (d) stolen the Defendant’s vehicle loaded into the said fluor vehicle operated by the Defendant.

3. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On March 3, 2016, around 06:00, the Defendant driven the said car-generating vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 23:50 on the same day to around 23:50 on the day before the lodging establishment in which the trade name in the Mine-dong of Busan is unknown.

B. On April 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) from around 10:00 to the lodging establishment where the trade name in the Jinjin-gun, Jinjin-gun is unknown.
