Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A
A. On June 20, 2015, around 23:00 on June 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) went ahead of the construction site of the 2nd circular expressway 3-1 construction site, which was managed by the Defendant, the victim corporation at the 41st century in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (b) went into the said site by the entrance that did not correct the gap where surveillance was neglected due to the leaving all of the persons working in the said site; (c) went into the said site; (d) cut off the said site using large cutting machines and the 2.60 meters of the market price, which is one owned by the victim at the said site, at the 7.48 billion won, by using the upper cutting machine and the upper cutting; and (d) put the victim into the DF car prepared in advance.
In addition, from around that time to September 23:00 on September 29, 2015, the Defendant stolen the total amount of 35,390,000 won of the market price, which is the victims’ possession, on a total of six occasions, as shown in the attached crime sight table 1.
B. Around 23:00 on November 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the said site through a entrance where all persons who worked in the said site were leaving the site and did not correct any gaps in surveillance; (b) cut off 270 meters of Aluminium electric wires of 4 million won at the market price of the victim, Inc., Ltd., which is installed in the said site, using large cutting machines and throde; and (c) damaged the glass windows of containers used as a temporary office at the said site; and (d) removed 400,000 won at the market price of the container; and (d) removed 1 CCTV video-recording and reproducing machines (DVR) at the said site; and (d) cut off the said digital wires and the said DVD into a car listed in paragraph (a).
2. Defendant B is a person engaged in water treatment business in “F” located in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E.
around 07:00 on September 7, 2015, the Defendant purchased 450 kilograms of the old electric wires owned by the victim, who was stolen from F from F, as described in paragraph 1, from F, to A.
